cancellation/ no-show policy
Plans change. I get it.
That said, appointments still need 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
For Tuesday appointments, notice needs to be sent by Saturday at close.
Late notice may result in a fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be rebooked until the balance is paid.
This applies to all appointments.
refund policy
If you have concerns after your appointment, contact me within 3 days to arrange an adjustment. One complimentary fix may be offered following review.
Adjustments apply to the original service only and do not include a change in style, color direction, or length. Hair must be free of at-home alterations prior to the adjustment.
Refunds are not provided on services, hair systems, gift cards, or products.
booking policy
Email reminders are sent 72 hours before your appointment, with a text reminder 6 hours prior. It’s still your responsibility to keep track of your booking.
Missing a reminder doesn’t excuse a missed appointment, and not confirming is not the same as canceling.
Appointments can only be changed through the booking system, by phone, or by email.
For early-week appointments canceled over the weekend, please email tintlab.yqr@outlook.com to ensure your message is received.
